Quality Policy

Round Software Ltd is a software company and Round Cyber Ltd is a Cyber security company. They are both based in the same office in Telford, Shropshire. We develop desktop application, multi-touch display applications, cloud application, mobile apps, IT and Cyber security services to our clients throughout the UK. We utilise a transparent and well-proven development methodology which keeps our clients involved at each milestone, so that we can deliver a user-friendly product.

We are committed to this quality policy to ensure that our service provision fully satisfies all applicable requirements. The goal of the company is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. Commitment to the implementation of supporting managerial and business operational systems is essential to realising that goal.

To ensure that the policy is successfully implemented, staff will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, and ensuring that the correct procedures are followed to meet those requirements.

We are committed to operating a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, and will operate a ‘Plan-Do-Check-Act’ approach to ensure that our objectives are met and that continual improvement is maintained in line with the spirit of the policy.

The scope of our quality management system is:

‘Design, development, and maintenance of bespoke software for both web and mobile applications, along with IT services and Cyber security for a UK client base’

We shall ensure that all our personnel understand and fully implement our company's policies and objectives, and are able to perform their duties effectively through an ongoing training and development programme and a review of resource needs.

This quality policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains appropriate to the strategic direction of the business and will be available to all relevant interested parties upon request.
