The website acts as a portal for jobseekers to search Proactive’s database of available jobs, as a visitor to the website you are able to search for any available jobs using basic search criteria such as keywords and location or a generic search to show a comprehensive list of all active jobs.
Further refinements can also be made filtering results by job sector, working hours, salary etc. As a user discovering the site you are also able to apply for any of the jobs via the website. Choosing to apply for the job via Proactive Personnel’s Website will prompt the user to enter their contact details and attach a copy of their CV.
From an administrative point of view the site can be changed and updated by approved staff, this includes updating content such as text and images but also posting new content in the form of blog posts and jobs. Jobs that are listed on the website can be set to only be visible online for a set time, for example; until the deadline date for applications. Analytics can also be applied by staff to discover how many times the job was viewed and applied for.
