The client required a way for their contractors to manage their jobs and upload details of the job back to the company. Customers also needed a method of monitor their jobs that the contractors where working on. An application was produced that would allow registered users including contractors (trade) and customers or log in and view all the details of their work. As well as this. Details sent by the contractors would automatically be updated on the Blyth system keeping all staff up to date on the progress of the jobs.
