Delivery Management

The project had very complex requirements, to cover and integrate the three areas of stock, customer and financial management. A non-bespoke solution would have required extensive customisation and integration work, whilst still delivering a non-optimal result.

From the start, we worked very closely with Right Connections to determine and clarify their precise needs so that we could develop the most robust and user-friendly solution. The key requirements were identified as:

• stock management
• automatic invoicing
• credit note generation
• customer and address management
• purchase order generation user management features
• admin features

Developed a client and server application which runs over Right Connections’ network. This integrated software solution is used by their delivery departments to manage customers and generate delivery notes. It is also used for managing invoices and payments.

Continuing to provide ongoing technical support for Right Connections.

Also developing new functionality as and when they require.
